Retreat Terms & Conditions

By reserving this retreat, you agree to the following:

 

Eligibility

This retreat is strictly for participants 18 years of age or older. No minors are permitted.

 

Reservation & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received and all required forms (Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver) are completed. Remaining balances must be paid by the stated due date. Prices are listed in stated currency; participants are responsible for any exchange rates, transfer, or banking fees.

 

Participant Responsibility

You agree to participate with personal responsibility and an open, respectful mindset. You must have an open heart, and be fully present to receive the benefits of the retreat. You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing throughout the retreat. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

 

Travel & Insurance

Participants are solely responsible for passports, visas, travel arrangements, and comprehensive travel and health insurance. LIFLOW Retreats is not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, illness, loss, or personal expenses.

 

Organizer Cancellation / Changes

LIFLOW Retreats reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the retreat due to facilitator illness, safety concerns, insufficient participants, venue issues, or any unforeseen circumstance.

If cancellation occurs, participants will receive a refund of payments made minus any non-recoverable expenses already paid on their behalf (including but not limited to accommodations, excursions, or reserved services). LIFLOW Retreats is not responsible for flights or external travel costs.

 

Participant Cancellation

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 90 days prior may transfer payments (excluding deposit) to a future retreat within 12 months. Within 90 days, all payments are forfeited. No refunds for late arrival, early departure, or missed activities.

 

Media

Photos and videos may be captured for promotional use. Written notice must be provided prior to retreat if you do not wish to appear.

 

Liability

LIFLOW Retreats and ANANTA Living are not liable for injury, illness, death, loss, theft, damage, or personal property. By booking, you agree to the separate Liability Waiver and release LIFLOW Retreats and ANANTA Living from liability to the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
