General Policy
All purchases made through LIFLOW Retreats are subject to the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of our offerings — including retreats, online events, digital content, and experiential services — all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Retreats & In-Person Experiences

Retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Full payment deadlines are clearly outlined on each retreat page and during checkout.

If a guest cancels after submitting a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.

No refunds or credits are provided for:

Late arrivals

Early departures

Missed activities

Personal schedule changes

If a retreat must be canceled by LIFLOW Retreats due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure, natural events, or safety concerns), guests will be offered a credit toward a future retreat. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
Online Events, Workshops & Digital Offerings

Registration fees for online events, workshops, and digital offerings are non-refundable once access details or recordings have been delivered.

If you are unable to attend a live online event, access to the recording (when applicable) will be provided.

No refunds are issued for missed sessions, technical difficulties on the participant’s end, or changes in personal circumstances.
Cancellations by LIFLOW Retreats
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any offering. In such cases:

Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Refunds, credits, or transfers will be handled in alignment with the specific offering’s terms.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the suspension of access to current or future offerings. We encourage open communication and are happy to address concerns directly.
Future Physical Products
At this time, LIFLOW Retreats does not sell or ship physical goods. If physical products are introduced, this Refund Policy will be updated accordingly.
