Reservation Details
This reservation secures your $1500 non-refundable deposit toward the total retreat investment of $4888 per person. Following receipt of your deposit and completed waiver, you will receive a private payment link via email for the remaining balance. The remaining amount is due in full by May 1st, 2026. Your deposit reserves your space; full retreat access is confirmed once the remaining balance is completed and all forms are signed. This twin shared apartment offers a peaceful and comfortable space to rest and integrate between practices and sea. You may reserve this space with someone you are traveling with - (you both must secure your deposit), or we will thoughtfully pair guests. Where possible, shared accommodations are assigned with care and respect for comfort and privacy. A grounding space to return to each evening ~ simple, spacious, and held within the beauty of our retreats sanctuary.

Cancellation Policy
We honour that life moves in cycles, and sometimes plans shift. This policy exists to protect the care, preparation, and resources required to hold this intimate, international retreat container. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Your reservation is not confirmed until: The deposit is received The Terms & Conditions are agreed to The Liability Waiver is completed and signed The deposit is applied toward your total retreat cost. Any remaining balance is invoiced separately and must be paid in full by the stated due date, regardless of country of residence or banking location. All payments are processed in the listed currency. Any exchange rates, international transfer fees, or banking charges are the responsibility of the participant. Cancellations More than 90 days before the retreat start date Payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be transferred as a credit toward a future LIFLOW Retreat within 12 months, subject to availability. If retreat pricing changes, the credit will be adjusted accordingly. Within 90 days of the retreat start date All retreat payments are forfeited. At this stage, international accommodations, facilitators, transportation, and experiences are fully committed. Due to the small, boutique nature of this retreat and limited availability, no exceptions can be made. Late Arrival, Early Departure, or Missed Activities No refunds or credits are offered for late arrivals, early departures, missed days, or unused portions of the retreat, regardless of travel delays, flight changes, visa issues, illness, or personal circumstances. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances If the retreat must be canceled by the organizer due to events beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, government advisories, pandemics, or force majeure events — participants will receive a full retreat credit toward a future LIFLOW Retreat within 18 months, subject to availability. Cash refunds will not be issued. Travel, Health & Entry Requirements Participants are solely responsible for: Valid passports, visas, and entry requirements International and domestic travel arrangements Comprehensive travel insurance Health and medical coverage while abroad LIFLOW Retreats is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel disruptions, border restrictions, denied entry, medical needs, or personal circumstances.
